Since 1978, Unified Wire and Cable has been a trusted American wire and cable manufacturer providing insulated lead wire and other products for OEMs and distributors. Located in DeKalb, IL, we operate as a custom insulated wire manufacturer and custom wire and cable manufacturer, producing wire and cable made to specification for a wide range of applications. What began with a single PVC extruder has grown into a 75,000 sq. ft. fully integrated facility featuring seven extrusion lines—supporting copper fabrication, insulation, and multiconductor production. This vertical integration also allows us to support bulk copper wire reels / drums and adapt quickly to changing requirements and lead times.
